ZOOT Sports Returns Policy
At ZOOT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help. Please review our returns policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to Return
- Visit zoottriathlonsuit.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack your item securely and attach the return label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized products
- Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
